Look and See

look-and-see

Look at the tree
Deep rooted in the ground
Not fighting the wind
Just swaying around

Look at the sea
Constant and strong
Lapping on shores
Never stays in too long

Look at a child
So carefree and loving
No judgement or fear
No worry of what’s coming

Why can’t we learn these lessons in life

Why do we worry – does it help or bring strife

Article by Margaret Leydon
Mum of two, Wife of one, Judger of none. Having spent the majority of my life with depression and anxiety I have had my ups and downs, I am very open about this and am grateful for the experience this has brought me. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone but I wouldn’t change it either. It has provided me with a different view on the world and I feel it has given me a kinder more open perspective on those I come into contact with in life.
