No one chooses to worry.

It is a primal attempt to protect us from life’s worst case scenarios. A little worry is okay. It encourages us to think problems through and be prepared. However, when it becomes chronic, when we spend our days and nights stuck in our heads entertaining the most unlikely situations, it’s time to actively challenge these thoughts.

This video explores first observing our cognitive processes and then gradually shifting from unconscious dependency (reaction) to conscious freedom (action).
