Ciara and Kitty talk about raising boys to become good and healthy men, which is a key factor in encouraging positive mental health habits and attitudes.
Ciara O’Connor Walsh is our Creative Director, and has been with A Lust For Life since 2017. She specialises in youth communications and designing educational programmes. She is passioante about the country’s mental health and believes that storytelling and breaking silence is key to bringing about social change.
Kitty is the mother of Atticus, Archer and bonus mama to Jessica. She and her husband Pete moved to the middle of the Irish countryside to escape city living and experience a slower paced life closer to nature. itty is a registered Nurse, lactation consultant, birth and postpartum Doula, Hypnobirthing instructor and Antenatal educator. She teaches classes both online and in person.
