Kilmacud Crokes GAA Talks Health and Well-being

Crokes Talks: The idea behind the video was to capture the commitment of our players and coaches to emulating the philosophy of the GAA Mental Health Charter, in a style that is easily accessible on social media. Importantly, the video also highlights the importance of recognising signs when we are not ok. Our wish is that it will encourage members to come forward and talk about their problems, by conveying the message that it is ok to have setbacks, and highlighting the empathy and support that is offered by our great community of teammates, coaches, mentors, captains, parents and so on.
