A Lust for Life will bring you broadcasts giving you techniques to manage your mental health. These broadcast are designed to help you, and those around you, build resilience and learn mindfulness tools. They will fully equip yourself and your family to maintain your wellbeing as we navigate through these next few weeks
The series will feature mental health experts and advocates; Fiona Brennan – The Positive Habit, Brian Pennie, Dr. Eddie Murphy, Clinic Psychologist, Dr. Malie Coyne, Clinical Psychologist and Niall Breslin, Masters in Mindfulness Based Interventions. Fiona Brenna, Brian Pennie, Dr. Murphy and Dr. Coyne will give expert talks on enduring through uncertainty and advice for parents managing a new normal at home while Bressie will lead an easy to follow meditation and mindfulness practice.
These broadcasts will be brought to you at 9:30pm on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday on Facebook and Instagram Live.
