First off, let’s agree on the following:
Everything and everyone is energy.
Everything and everyone is connected as ONE.
Everything and everyone always shares their energies with everything and everyone.
But wait—there is more…
You ARE Happiness and Happiness is YOU.
You two are never separate, but always ONE.
Wherever and whenever you are present – which is naturally always – happiness is there too.
So let’s talk about how happiness changes everything.
For that I want you to imagine that you are on the freeway driving, and suddenly you get cut off—something that happens to all of us, and a tricky situation that everyone can relate to.
Right then and there you have 3 different choices:
1. You can feel your frustration and anger and live it fully and completely
2. You can simply just let the “cutter-offer” go and move on with driving in peace
3. You can become aware and focus on the winner feeling the “cutter-offer” just created for himself – because he was first – and latch on to that great feeling of “I did it!” filling every single cell of your whole being – body, mind, soul, and consciousness – with that winner feeling—a happy “high for life” state to be in
Each of these 3 choices have very different outcomes:
In number one you create the opposite of happiness and might turn the situation dangerous or hostile, not to mention how drained it can leave you being.
In number two you change a very stressful and potential dangerous situation into a peaceful situation—happiness is created. Bravo!
And in number three – which is my favorite one – you highlight how you can change everything to happiness, and how wonderful life can be when you consciously live what our energetic universe is offering at all times. You also show how aware you are of the fact that everything is energy, connected, and is sharing energies at all times; and you demonstrate that you have access to all energies that are available to create happiness for you—no matter the circumstances. A very powerful and happy way of experiencing life, don’t you think?
These 3 choices – or at least similar choices – are always there for you to choose from in any situation you might find yourself in.
So I advise you to give yourself a moment – seconds work too if you are in a hurry – to breathe before reacting to anything. Then, think of the one choice that changes your situation into happiness. Ask yourself “Which choice leaves me feeling good?” Once clear, dive deeply and full-heartedly into your choice—and be happy because you just created the biggest amount of happiness for you.
That is how happiness changes everything and how to change everything to happiness – moment by moment – 365 Days and counting.
