What is perfectionism, really? A personality trait that can prevent a person from being happy, basically. When you are constantly striving for flawlessness and setting excessively high standards for yourself, it is easy to end up with social anxiety, frustration and even depression.

But let’s not forget that there is also a bright side to being a perfectionist. They usually deliver more polished results at work, they have great organisation skills, and they love getting into details so they make fewer mistakes.
