Many people are feeling uncomfortable as they venture back into the ‘real’ world after the lockdown. The lack of social interaction for many has taken its toll. Both introverts and extroverts NEED in-person contact in order to be able to regulate their emotions and to help them make sense of the world.

People who have social anxiety felt a huge relief but now are struggling, those with some social anxiety feel it has intensified.  I will share the importance of social interaction and how to ease yourself back out of your comfort zone.  In addition, many people working from home although it has many benefits they are missing out on social interaction.
