Breathing Space Meditation

Close your eyes and notice where your breath is entering and exiting your body.

Notice how your nostrils expand on the inhale and how your breath sweeps over your upper lip on the exhale.

Notice the sound of your inhale and the sound of your exhale.

Notice your lungs filling on the inhale and emptying in the exhale.

Notice your lungs when they are completely full and notice the lungs when they are completely empty.

Notice your ribcage expanding on your inhale and contracting on the exhale.

Notice your chest rising on the inhale and falling on the exhale.

Notice your tummy pushing out on the inhale and pressing in on the exhale.

On your inhale repeat to your self
‘I am’

On the exhale repeat ‘relaxed’.
