Nick Wignall and Brian Pennie are conducting a FREE virtual workshop at 7pm (Irish time) on Friday, May 1.
Nick, a clinical psychologist and an expert on self-talk and anxiety, and Brian, whose internal narrative drove him towards a life of addiction, will discuss simple tools that will help you to change your self-talk, lower your anxiety, and improve your moods. To register for this event, click here.
First, they will provide examples of how this works in the real world, and then we will demonstrate techniques that can help you with life’s challenges. Nick will focus on a self-compassion visualisation technique, while I will discuss tools that will show you how to reframe your self-talk, and ultimately, change how you think and feel.
Once registered, simply download the FREE Zoom app (called Zoom Cloud Meetings) on your phone or laptop and log in 5 minutes before the talk starts.
