Join the nation as we Rise Up
Your contribution will fund our A Lust for Life schools programme, a 10 week teacher-led programme which aims to build resilience, increase wellbeing & enhance the emotional literacy of 1st to 6th class school children. Throughout the ten lessons, children creatively learn about their wellbeing and self-care with content that is rooted in psychology, has been written by educational specialists and created by children for children. The Programme includes lesson plans, learning material, a Netflix-style gallery of engaging videos, and much more, all designed to increase & expand pupils understanding of feelings and emotions, and create a more compassionate, happier school environment
Rising together we can create a better future for our children
Having launched the A Lust for Life Primary Schools programme in 2020, with 1st to 6th class programmes currently available, the programme has been accessed by over 1,246 schools, in 3,898 classrooms reaching 92,451 pupils nationwide. We aim to make available FREE OF CHARGE the A Lust for Life mental health, wellbeing and resilience programme to every primary school child in Ireland.

Howaya! We hope you’re enjoying A Lust for Life.
While you are here… can we ask you a favour?
We know, pop ups are absolutely no craic. But seeing as you are here anyway, which means you must be a sound head, we thought we’d tap you on the shoulder and ask for your help.

We rely on the generosity of the public to fund our work and so far together we have achieved great things! Please do continue to support us so we can provide future generations in Ireland with the resources to recognise and talk about their emotions, and equip them to navigate the ever-changing world around them as they grow.
