They lay out our approach to looking at the mental health system in Ireland, and what they want to achieve.

How to listen:

We’ve had a few people who are new to podcasts ask us how to listen. A podcast is essentially a radio show that you listen to via the internet, so you can listen any time you want. You have two options: You can listen to a podcast through a website, by clicking the play button on the episode above. Or, you can download a podcast, which means you’re saving it on your phone, or tablet, or computer, and you can listen to it anytime, even without an internet connection. Most people prefer to listen to a podcast on their phone using headphones when they are on the go.
