As part of World Mental Health Day, Bressie spoke to Andrea of Social Fabric Podcast about the Mindfulwest Run, about the importance of tribes and how building your community can boost your mental health. They spoke about the Mindfulwest Run, which was a 240km run from Greystones to Galway, why they did it and the conversations that opened up along the way.

A bit about Andrea Splendori:

Andrea was born in Rome, Italy and moved to Dublin in 1991. He is a business owner and brains behind  ’Social Fabric’, a project that includes a podcast and looks at how to improve communities interaction through conversations and live events (live podcast, music, youth development projects etc).

Andrea runs or swims in the sea most days with his tribe of like minded souls.
