This 8-week Strength plan is designed to get you started off on the right foot for building a solid base of strength and endurance. You will achieve maximum strength gains while also increasing lean muscle mass and revving up your metabolism.
The plan contains six high-intensity interval workouts. Perform the first set of 3 workouts, once a week each for 4 weeks. Then move up to the second set of workouts. Perform these 3 workouts also, once a week each for 4 weeks.

About declan condron
Declan has over 20 years experience in the fitness industry, working as a personal trainer and gym manager, educator and fitness business owner.
Originally from Dublin, Declan moved to the US over 22 years ago to attend college on a soccer scholarship. He earning his MS & BS in Exercise Physiology and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the NSCA and a USAW Olympic Weightlifting Club Coach.
Declan began his career in the strength and conditioning field working with high school and college athletes. He then branched out into personal training, working at some of the biggest and best gym chains including Equinox in New York City.
Over the years, Declan has coached clients of all ages and abilities, helping them reach their fitness goals & fulfill their athletic potential. He has also taught many trainers and fitness professionals in both the science and the business of personal training.
Declan co-founded PumpOne, a fitness technology company specializing in multi-platform digital training solutions. He also currently works as Director of Brand Strategy and Education for Hyper Wear Inc., a fitness product company in Austin, Texas.
